Due to the perishable nature of our cakes and cookies, we cannot accept returns for these items.

To Address Issues: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@batchcookiebar.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions:

  • Perishable items (cakes, cookies)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return it as described below and place a new order separately.

Refunds: For eligible returns (non-perishable items), once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
