Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on food items for change of mind.
That said, if something isn’t right, please reach out — we’re always happy to help where we can.
Incorrect Address & Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.
If a parcel can’t be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement.
If delivery has been attempted multiple times and the parcel is returned to us uncollected, we’re also unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Local Pickup
When you arrive to collect your order, our team will confirm everything with you before handing it over.
As our products are freshly baked and perishable, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been collected and leaves the store.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because we bake fresh to order, orders can’t be cancelled once placed.
If you spot a mistake shortly after ordering, get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help if production hasn’t started yet.
Digital Downloads
All digital products, including downloadable recipes and other, are delivered instantly and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
