Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Absolutely — we ship cookies across Australia. Choose your preferred dispatch date at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest (delivery times vary by location).

As we ship via Australia Post, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times once orders are dispatched. Express Post typically arrives within 1–3 business days, depending on location.

For customers in Brisbane metro, same-day delivery is available via our local delivery partners Uber Eats and Door Dash where offered.

When will my cookies arrive?

Once your cookies are baked and packed, you’ll receive tracking details to follow their journey. Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post, and while they’re usually spot on, occasional delays can happen once your order is on the road.

Can you leave my cookies in a safe spot?

Most couriers will if they feel it’s secure — but if they can’t, they’ll take it to a nearby post office. We can’t be responsible if cookies are left in unsafe conditions.

Entered the wrong delivery address?

Double-check before you hit “Buy”. If it’s still processing, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it. Address mistakes that cause delivery failure may incur reship fees.

Can I send cookies to multiple addresses?

Each order ships to one address only. If you’re sending cookies to multiple people, simply place separate orders — or, for larger corporate sends, get in touch and we’ll help make it easy.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Because every Batch cookie is baked fresh to order, orders can’t be cancelled once placed. If you’ve made a mistake, get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll always do our best to help where we can.

What if something’s wrong with my order?

We want you smiling. If there’s an issue (damaged, incorrect, or missing items), email us with order details and photos within 24 hrs of delivery and we’ll fix it (refund, replacement, or store credit)

Sizes, Packaging & Care

How are the cookies packed?

 Each cookie is individually sealed and packed with care so it arrives fresh and intact.

How long do they stay fresh?

Store in a cool, dry place — our cookies are happiest at room temperature and best enjoyed within 3–5 days.

Shortbread cookies last longer thanks to their lower moisture content and will keep well for up to 2 weeks if stored unopened.

Customisation & Messages

Can I add a personalised message?

 Yes! Choose the personalisation option where available — text, logo cookies, and special notes make the gift next level. We’ll always confirm if something doesn’t quite fit or isn’t possible.

Can I customise cookie shapes or colours?

 We offer special requests through custom orders for events and corporate — reach out and we’ll explore creative possibilities (colour matching, themes, logos, etc.).

Allergies

Do your cookies contain allergens?

We use quality real-food ingredients and different styles may contain gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, eggs or traces of allergens. We’re not an allergen-free kitchen, so if you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Can I place a big corporate order?

Absolutely! We love high-volume, branded cookie gifting — with custom boxes, messages, and nationwide delivery. Reach out early so we can plan lead times, packaging and special touches.

Can Batch cookies be stocked at my café/retail spot?

Yes, we partner with places that match our vibe. Wholesale involves minimums, training on storage/handling, and ongoing support so your customers always taste the best version of Batch.
