Born in Brisbane, Australia as a “Pandemic Baking Project” in 2020 by husband and wife team Ginger Mendoza and Soren Andersen as they challenge themselves to create “ A Really Good Chocolate Chip Cookie” has turned into the BATCH COOKIE BAR we know and love today.
From our humble beginnings at the farmers markets with a few dozen cookies in tow, our growing team now handcrafts thousands of cookies a week to keep up with our customer’s sweet demand.
Batch Cookie Bar has 4 current locations across Brisbane and plan to open more locations in 2023 and beyond.
Our delicious, handcrafted and creative cookies can also be shipped Australia wide.
