At Batch Cookie Bar, every order is baked fresh and packed with care. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All Batch products are made to order.

  • Orders are baked, packed, and dispatched on selected bake days
  • Processing times vary depending on product type, volume, and demand
  • During peak periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be longer

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods
Australia Post

We ship orders via Australia Post Expess Post.

  •  typically arrives within 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on destination

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • We are unable to guarantee delivery dates or times once parcels have been handed to Australia Post

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are calculated from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather events
  • Courier network delays
  • High-volume shipping periods

Batch Cookie Bar is not responsible for delays once parcels are in transit with the courier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Size and weight of the order

Any applicable surcharges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select Authority to Leave, delivery is at the courier’s discretion.

Batch Cookie Bar is not responsible for:

  • Parcels left unattended
  • Theft or damage after delivery
  • Exposure to heat or weather once delivered

Perishable Goods

Our products are perishable and sensitive to heat.

  • Once dispatched, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer
  • We strongly recommend monitoring tracking and arranging prompt collection upon delivery

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the packaging and contents

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist with lodging an investigation with the courier.
